Personality:
Mikey is the youngest of the four turtle brothers and also the most energetic (which is saying something). He is playful, lighthearted and creative. He has an intuitive nature which lets him not only learn and adapt to things quickly, it also allows him to read other people and get a feel for their problems. He's the extra dose of sunshine in an already bright and playful family. He's also the most emotionally accepting and mature, leaving him able and wanting to help his brothers and even their fathers.
He loves art of all kinds, being the most artistically inclined of his family. Music, drawing, dancing, cooking. Even going so far as to decorate his own shell and plastron with stickers. His creativeness also blends well with his gremlin streak. Mikey loves a good prank (so do all his brothers) and is also known to cause mischief and chaos just for the fun of it. It's always harmless, though, and meant to make someone smile and laugh.
Under the sunshiney exterior also lurks a fiery temper. While it's hard to get Mike to the point of exploding, when he does, everyone knows about it. He even has a series of alter egos that help him express these things, the most fearsome of them being 'Dr. Delicate Touch', who's ready, willing and able to straighten someone out. Especially anyone who's using his kind and cheerful nature to manipulate him or baby him in some way.
Mikey is easily startled and has a tendency to panic at first but he's actually prone to being reckless. He loves excitement and when a battle begins, he's in his element, taking on foes far stronger and bigger than he is with bravery and courage. He has unwavering faith not only in himself but in his entire family. When things get grim, Michelangelo never gives up and encourages everyone around him to do the same. When it looked like he was going to have to lose Leonardo, he refused to accept that, knowing he could save him if he tried hard enough. And he was right, using his 'mystic hands' to tear open a gateway between their world and the prison dimension to pull Leo out of it.
Some of Mikey's biggest motivations are helping people. Whether it's his family or the world at large, he loves to share happiness and cheer with everyone and also takes his status as a hero seriously in that regard. He has the ability to protect and face things that regular people couldn't and, just like his Hamato ancestors, Mikey has embraced that fully. He's proud to do what he does and will take care of and protect anyone who needs it, even if they had once been an enemy. He even did this with their most fearsome enemy, Baron Draxum, the one who created them. He adopted 'Barry' and started helping him adjust and rehabilitate into being a good guy and a hero as well. He believes strongly in the inherent good in people and has a knack for showing that to the person, themselves, and pulling it to the surface.
With his natural agility and prowess, along with his cheerful nature, Mikey does adapt to new situations quickly and easily. While some of the things he's faced have terrified him at first, he ultimately rebounds from things quickly and takes to a new status quo with ease. Some things stick a little harder than others but he keeps a positive attitude and is always looking for the bright side of something. Sometimes that might be as simple as him still being alive but he will hold to that all the same and keep moving forward. A good cry and a few snacks and he'll be ready to set his jaw and his shoulders and take it on with gusto.

Game Plans: Having Mikey deal with a post-apocalyptic world and seeing how his positive attitude holds on to hope is the main one. Also the ways he might help everyone in the Convoy, even when he's undergoing changes.
Monster Choice:
Drakonis: This one seems like it would be the most interesting for Mikey as many of the traits are things he has and it would be fun to watch him deal with much stronger versions of them. Also, I would give him the ice powers to be the exact opposite of his Ninpo fire powers. (Also I just love the thought of turtle-dragon.)
Fae: Mikey's tendency to be a gremlin and a prankster would fit into the fae mischief very well.
Elemental: Kind of like Drakonis, it would be interesting to see Mikey dealing with an element that isn't his natural one.
Vehicle Choice: 1961 Volkswagon Bus in yellow, green and orange. (The Party Wagon!) It's a plain version of it, though, so it would be Spacious to begin with.

- Hamato Ninpo : a mystical power passed down through his ancestry. Each of the brothers has their own 'flavour' of it and Mikey's manifests as an ability to create and manipulate fire. He most commonly uses it to create long chains, changing the form of his nunchucks into a kusari-fundo style weapon. It's also able to connect with and enhance his brother's Ninpo or call upon his ancestors. He's the most mystically inclined of his brothers.
